Pailolo Channel is a channel between the east end of Molokai and the west end of Maui in the Hawaiian Islands, the principal sea route between Oahu and Molokai on one side and Maui on the other. The tide is mixed and small, with a mean range of 1.57 ft (0.48 m) at the nearest reference station, Kahului, on the Maui side.
